I just read the most amazing article in the NY Times about fancy spas that offer ‘salt rooms’. These spas suggest that the salt rooms relieve all kinds of physical symptoms, such as allergies and asthma. They charge upwards of $75 for the use of these salt rooms.
Well, I have two reactions to this…
One: Welcome to the club, fancy spa people! Us light workers have been using salt to ward off every kind of negativity since the beginning of time. Sprinkle a little salt on your doorsteps and windowsills and keep the phantoms at bay. Take a salt bath and wash away any and all negativity from your aura. Salt is just about the best thing to cleanse one’s body and space from low vibration energies such as fear, self-doubt, anger, jealousy, resentment (the list goes on!). It really, really works. I’m not surprised people notice a reduction in allergies when using a salt room. Allergies are the pinnacle symptom response to emotional pain. Delouse the negativity and you’ll see a reduction in symptoms.
Two: Just take a salt bath at home and save yourself $75. Seriously. If you just want a spa day, and a salt room is part of the experience, go for it. But if you’re seeking relief from negativity symptoms, don’t spend the money. Just take a hot salt bath. Here are my instructions (for free):
-1 cup of himalayan or sea salts
I soak at least 3 times a week. I love it! …and it has come in handy more than once.
